What does the leadership team need to get better at?
"Management at that location is not up to "par" more training for some of them are needed. Especially when dealing with diversity, problems, and being fair to your employee. If not for us there would NOT be a management position.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks with hotel stays in other places and time off /sick time

They took the time to interview, some of the process was a little slow but over all a good experience.
