WSP Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health cover helps me a lot

The benefits... not sure what else to write

Vehicle and the gas/ petrol

Stock share and bonus plan

The insurance and the visa for my family.

Review from Engineering Dept

Being Paid Monthly for a job well done.

Mental health is the bestt

Good mix of salary and performace pay incentives

Mental health coverage is great

It exceeds the average that is available in the industry.

25 days of annual leave

Really good pay and job benefits

Health care, bonus opportunities, and internal resources.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More pay. Improved parity checks

More pto and better benefits

I am very under the lowest salary range on indeed. I dont think they understand how difficult the tasks my team and i do. We all feel underpaid on my team.

Benefits from the company are incredibly minimal and in all honesty, pretty insulting compared to what the company offered before the acquisition. Wsp promised there would be no changes to our benefits, but that was an outright lie. One of many actually. I make about 12% less than what i should be.

Higher salary for low rank staff

higher pay. i dont get any benefits. not even dental

An increase proportional to inflation.

Low salary as there are lots of work to do every day because the manager and above only talk and talk don't really do. Most of the work is done by the lower rank.

They tend to have greater expectations and demand from me compared to some of my colleagues, while they underpay me and I do not feel respected at all.

More holidays, full health insurance

Being paid fairly compared to my colleagues of the same level and being my work appreciated.

I AM undervalued in every sense of the word. Lowballed me on my wage, overwork me because of poor company decisions, and worst of all, the company actively seeks out ways to pay me less in any way possible. Pay your employees fairly, treat them with the basic respect every human being deserves.

Safe work place and knowledge is value here. The company trust their employee.

Review from Engineering Dept

6 month evaluations should be done and stocks should be given
