Lower rank is the worst because the manager or above only talks or forward emails to say pls revert/assist/support/help. Never contribute at all but take credit in the end. Doing is the lower rank, not manager

Need to be Positive because no choice due to family to feed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Manager must do even more as they hold much higher pay then a lower rank. Don't always say busy who is not busy or pls assist/revert/help. This is not a good leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low salary as there are lots of work to do every day because the manager and above only talk and talk don't really do. Most of the work is done by the lower rank.
