My team is very diverse, the engineers i work with from my original company and some of the other acquisitions are amazing as people and at what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits from the company are incredibly minimal and in all honesty, pretty insulting compared to what the company offered before the acquisition. Wsp promised there would be no changes to our benefits, but that was an outright lie. One of many actually. I make about 12% less than what i should be.
