What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In constraining disruptive office politics which effect the efficiency and morale of entry level employees

Being more clear in what is expected instead of luring young engineers into a trap.

Really good, great learning experience

Poor systems, antiquated processes, constant working to short term needs not long term strategy.
