I am very under the lowest salary range on indeed. I dont think they understand how difficult the tasks my team and i do. We all feel underpaid on my team.
Benefits from the company are incredibly minimal and in all honesty, pretty insulting compared to what the company offered before the acquisition. Wsp promised there would be no changes to our benefits, but that was an outright lie. One of many actually. I make about 12% less than what i should be.

Promote the right people, not those who are just close to the bosses.
At this point, I really couldn't say... I am quitting this place and am not looking back.

Any projects are going overbudget. Many good engineers have left because they felt undervalued.
Poor systems, antiquated processes, constant working to short term needs not long term strategy.
