The management team is not removed from the employees. They will sit down and talk with you and know your name
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped income. The harder I work, the better I do and the more I make. I've increased my income every year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I wish the management team used the insight the field provides. We know better than they do whats going on in the field.
