Insurance costly but great and open
Matching 401k plan benefit to all
Uncapped income. The harder I work, the better I do and the more I make. I've increased my income every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm trying my best to find a different job. That's the only thing that will work for me.
Asked to perform duties above and beyond my position without compensation. Years if crushing sales quotas without increasing income
Ceo does not understand that my relationships sell the companies product
I don't feel undervalued but I do believe that there is an opportunity for the company to expand their medical benefits coverage.

It was a quick 3 step process - phone screen, hiring mgr. interview, and in person final interview
Going out on the road with district manager for initial ride along to visit customers
