wage disparity has been causing distrust and backs the belief that executive management knows but does not care nor intends to implement healthy change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
case load increases, but compensation is dismal by comparison to the amount of output assumed daily, weekly, monthly. compensation to that of the cost of living and FSA benefits would be initially a good start to happiness.
