- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too many lying to please clients, knowing that those demands cannot be fulfilled due to low over head count. It puts unnecessry stress on employees, as they are expected to keep up with unreasonable demands.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Unless you're slaving yourself or friends with higher ups, you never get recognized for your work or efforts. There is no incentive due to promotions mainly being based on favoritism, rather than work ethics. Compared to other industries, the pay is grossly low.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?communication and keeping consistent. They should also be able to do the jobs they are managing
