Having a interview and the right paper work
HR actually knowing what the company does and a real on boarding
Actually people who are supposed interview, interview the employees. But instead its people who are not technically supposed interview who is interviewing you and i was even told at my interview that he was not someome who interviews employees
They should have more qualified employees do the interview.
