What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being more understanding of the current problems affecting our employees and not so focused on only upping the scores
The culture is one of fear as they will walk a 20 year person out on a Monday at 9am without no warning or PIP or work issues. It is all about cleaning house.
If they cared about employees they may be happier
