Management was encouraging and seemed to genuinely care about their employees. However, executives keep lowering the sales commission structure and they don't even pay a base rate / salary. If you want to keep good employees, they need a reason to stay when tours are slow.

the management system is run by a friend bases and in order to be heard or seen you have to be apart of their friendship and they dont valued other people opinion or views on whats best for a situation
The "GM" needs to be fired outright for harassment. The rest need to stop playing favourites to said manager. They need to start promoting from within rather than posting jobs online and expecting the people that have worked hard to stay at the bottom
