We work extremely well together, and I have truly some of the best coworkers. We are a team of rockstars managing more responsibilities and larger teams than most people realize, and we are still here because we have a well-oiled machine.

Work-life balance does not exist and burnout is a serious problem. Leadership has been getting better, but it's still painfully obvious that most of the c-suite is learning on the job and are not very skilled at running a company.
