In general everyone interacts well, and there is always someone there to help if you are struggling.
We get along and help each other if we get stuck

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the employees have worked here so long, it's like a group of friends meeting for coffee every day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a relatively informal meeting allowing for joking in between discussing the job and position and my own abilities.
They ask a lot of questions to see if it is a fit and set expectations
