While there are some, there are minimal issues with co-worker fighting, it's easy to reach management when I need them, and it's just an enjoyable day even with the occasional rude customer on the line.

Every day is a different experience because there are so many different clients.

In general everyone interacts well, and there is always someone there to help if you are struggling.

Most of the employees have worked here so long, it's like a group of friends meeting for coffee every day.

It was a relatively informal meeting allowing for joking in between discussing the job and position and my own abilities.

It is like a family unit and they have all worked together for a long time and are very invested in everyone's success.
