There is a constant sense of having an enormous challenge ahead but everyone at the company is willing to meet it. And yet, at Takeoff I have the best work/life balance schedule that I've ever had.

My team is small, but we communicate really well with each other. We can admit when we're wrong or at fault. We are always ready to hear each others ideas and learn from one another. There's patience with making mistakes as long as there is growth.

Lots to learn and the company is moving very fast; which is very exciting. There is lots of work to be done; which means a large opportunity for people to distinguish themselves with quality work.

We have been given a lot of freedom to look forward, and think about the ideal solutions to problems, not just the fastest ones.

Leadership cares about the employees from making sure you take off time to disconnect and not work long hours unnecessary. The excitement I feel on the town halls is great. You can really hear the pride in the presenters topic.

Good enough interview challenge problems

It was casual and direct. The interviewer made me feel wanted and answered all of my questions!

The virtual interviews. I got to meet leaders from various departments and ask them questions about finding the right fit.
