My team is small, but we communicate really well with each other. We can admit when we're wrong or at fault. We are always ready to hear each others ideas and learn from one another. There's patience with making mistakes as long as there is growth.

Our team works as one but still allows each others to play their own role. No finger pointing just work to get the best product out the door whether that be internally or to the outside customer.

The team works as a team which is sometimes hard in these remote times. Very positive and we focus on getting things accomplished instead of pointing fingers and waiting on someone else to do it.
