I absolutely love working at Takeoff. We have such a unique group of people, all are passionate and genuine and it really shows in our work and also who we attract. Takeoff has given me a place to be myself and that's really important. It's a small detail for some but makes a huge difference for me.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work at the end of each month when we are approving all the socials for the next month. It's when our team is most collaborative. Also, I like when I can socialize and get to know my colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small, but we communicate really well with each other. We can admit when we're wrong or at fault. We are always ready to hear each others ideas and learn from one another. There's patience with making mistakes as long as there is growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very accessible and they do their best to help me in any way. Just in my first time coming to the office, our CEO came up to me and introduced himself which shows a lot. Our leadership team knows how to make people feel welcomed and appreciated for their hard work.
