Recognition of good work. I feel that there is a positive re-enforcement aspect to this company that I haven't encountered at prior jobs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paternity leave. Although I haven't had any kids while working for Fetch, it's good to know that they offer this. I feel that it's very important and also relatively rare.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collaborative and willing to help out wherever. There is also an overwhelming sense that everyone wants to improve not only themselves, but the department as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of community at Fetch is excellent. Although the majority of us are remote, it still feels like we are a close team. Everyone also seems to always have a positive attitude,
