We need strong leadership and organizational structure now that the majority of the company is new employees. We also need a stronger commitment to ethics, corporate responsibility, data privacy, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know for a fact that I am paid less than my male counterpart who has less experience. If this company is serious about correcting the salary gender imbalance, simply take the necessary steps to adjust compensation.
