Some of the best things about our team include the work ethic, desire to have fun, and compassion.

Good interpersonal relationships. Although it has been fostered by individuals scheduling time with each other to get to know each other, rather than a systemic/institutional initiative

My favorite part of my team is how we all get along an respect each other. We all seem to understand the work and we all do it together so and there seems to be comradery due to our mutual effort and we all communicate well and have fun chatting with one another

Open ended lines of communication/open door policy. Everyone seems willing to take the time to talk to each other about anything. The CEO was willing to talk with me when I approached him.
