The best part of my compensation package at Fetch would be the overall Medical Benefits and the Health Savings Account option. It has been extremely beneficial in putting money to the side for health related expenses.

Fetch gives the flexibility and understanding of its employees most other employers ignore. I never feel anxious going into my day, I truly look forward to the work I do and the people I interact with. Days off are great, but I never feel I am dying to get to the next day off. I enjoy my work.

We need strong leadership and organizational structure now that the majority of the company is new employees. We also need a stronger commitment to ethics, corporate responsibility, data privacy, etc.
