I think that they are really caring individuals, no matter the position you are in, they care about you. I think they have run a successful company to this point, and I am happy to see where it is going. I am not as confident in the lower-level leadership at the Manager/Director level.

One of my favorite parts about the compensation package is the stock options. To be able to have stock in the company allows you to feel like you're even more invested in its mission beyond the work you do each day.

Below market on compensation and equity, all across the board.

I am the lowest paid employee in my department. I see constantly that we are hiring people in at very good rates and that we pay well, but if you've been here a while in a department that doesn't give a lot of promotions or raises, you don't get paid equitably.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We dont interact much other then in meetings. Nothing done to build relationships outside of work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I get along very well with those in my team, however on a larger scale, folks from different departments don't take the time to find out what it is that I do, which causes them to talk down to me and undermine my job by going around me constantly.

What makes you most happy at work?
The support I have to take on projects and the team that I am on. I love my direct co-workers and have genuinely enjoyed every project I've worked on. There aren't many project that I see my co-workers on either that I wouldn't want to be involved in, so the work is generally good!
