What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite piece of the comp package is the unlimited PTO. It allows me to not have to worry about taking a day when I'm feeling ill or need a mental health day.

I feel I am paid fairly and love our benefits, specifically the unlimited vacation time and pet insurance

It is incredibly welcoming and people accept any "flaw" you may have, rather than pointing them out!

There is too much work to do. We hired a new person in my department so that should help but vacations still involve me working a lot of it because no one can cover for me.
