What is the best part about your compensation package?
An understanding that taxes are a thing so I feel that the company does a great job at mitigating so that we actually receive the money they intended for!

My favorite piece of the comp package is the unlimited PTO. It allows me to not have to worry about taking a day when I'm feeling ill or need a mental health day.

It is incredibly welcoming and people accept any "flaw" you may have, rather than pointing them out!

There is too much work to do. We hired a new person in my department so that should help but vacations still involve me working a lot of it because no one can cover for me.
