There is too much work to do. We hired a new person in my department so that should help but vacations still involve me working a lot of it because no one can cover for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The combo of Mike and Wes. They gel really well. I also like that Wes seems to care about people but the whole destruction of the Product department has really turned me off to believing what he says.
