Mr. Bertrand Dussert has been Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at XPO Logistics, Inc. since December 05, 2017. Mr. Dussert serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Recruitmax Software, Inc. Mr. Dussert is responsible for sales across all geographies, channels, product lines and service offerings. Mr. Dussert is also responsible for international business development and operations. He leads a strong global sales organization with on the ground presence on 5 continents. He served as vice president of human capital management transformation for Oracle. He served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Client Services and Worldwide Sales and Vice President of Global Services at Vurv Technology Inc. Earlier, he held senior positions for global recruitment and workforce planning with American Express and UBS Investment Bank; and served as global head of client services for Vurv Technology (now an Oracle company). Mr. Dussert also served as Vice President of Global Services of Recruitmax. Mr. Dussert was responsible for the in-house consulting organization that helps customers align people, processes and technology to optimize returns on their Recruitmax technology investments. Mr. Dussert has been with Recruitmax for 3 years and had over 15 years of software, technology, recruitment and sales experience. He has two decades of executive experience in talent recruitment and customer management. Prior to joining Recruitmax, Mr. Dussert was Partner and Chief Technology Officer for The Newman Group and Director of Operations for Spherion Professional Recruiting. He began his consulting career over 12 years ago in Paris, France and has since worked primarily in the United States in recruitment management, technology leadership, senior management and a number of consulting capacities. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in international relations from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
