Mr. Gregory W. Ritter, also known as Greg, has been the Chief Customer Officer XPO Logistics, Inc. since September 18th 2015. Mr. Ritter served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at XPO Logistics, Inc. from January 2013 to September 18th 2015. Mr. Ritter served as Senior Vice President of Brokerage Operations at XPO Logistics, Inc. from October 2011 to January 2013. He was responsible for opening and developing new truck brokerage operations in North America, due diligence related to acquisitions and recruitment of an expanded sales and carrier procurement workforce. He served as the President of Knight Brokerage LLC, a subsidiary of Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc.(formerly, Knight Transportation Inc.). He joined Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. in 2005. He has more than three decades of sales and management experience in multi-modal transportation logistics. Mr. Ritter began his career in 1979 and spent 22 years with C. H. Robinson Worldwide, where he served as Branch Manager for the Phoenix office for 18 years.
