Anthony Milando — Senior Vice President for Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation at Xylem

Mr. Anthony V. Milando, also known as Tony, has been Senior Vice President for Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation at Xylem Inc. since February 2, 2015. Mr. Milando is responsible for driving operational excellence and process simplification across the organization. He served as Vice President of The Black & Decker Corporation from July 2008 to March 12, 2010 and its Vice President of Worldwide Operations Power Tools and Accessories Operations for Power Tools and Accessories from January 2009 to March 12, 2010. Mr. Milando served as Vice President, Global Sourcing of The Black & Decker Corporation. He served as a top executive at The Stanley Black & Decker Corporation in numerous capacities, including Vice President, Corporate Growth; Vice President, Global Operations; and Vice President Acquisition Integration. His background includes leadership roles in consumer and industrial end customer businesses. Mr. Milando served as Vice President, Industrial Products Group Global Operations of Power Tools and Accessories from November 2005 to January 2009 and Vice President, Global Sourcing of Power Tools and Accessories from March 2001 to November 2005. From November 1998 to February 2001, Mr. Milando served as Vice President of Finance for the Worldwide Accessory Group. He serves as Director at GBMC HealthCare, Inc. He has been Member of Board of Advisors at Capital Service Group LLC since April 2014. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Milando holds B.S. degrees in finance, Administration and accounting from Towson State University in Maryland and an M.B.A. degree, concentration in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland.
