Mr. E. Mark Rajkowski has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Xylem Inc. since March 28, 2016. Mr. Rajkowski served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of MeadWestvaco Corporation since August 16, 2004. He served as Operations General Manager of Digital & Film Imaging Systems (D&FIS) division of Eastman Kodak Co. since December 2003. He served as Strategic Aadvisor to WestRock Company (NYSE: WRK). Since January 2003, Mr. Rajkowski served as Chief Operating Officer of Kodak's Digital & Applied Imaging Division, responsible for day-to-day operations of Kodak's fastest-growing business. Mr. Rajkowski joined Kodak in July 1998 and served as its Corporate Controller from 1998 to 2001. He also served as Vice President, finance of Kodak from 2001 to 2002, responsible for all finance functions for its worldwide business units as well corporate financial planning and analysis. Mr. Rajkowski joined Kodak from Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, where he served as a Managing Partner of Upstate New York Technology Group and Partner on the Kodak relationship from 1993 to 1998. He spent 17 years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. He has been a Director at ACCO Brands Corporation since May 15, 2012. Mr. Rajkowski served as a Director of Performance Technologies Inc. from August 11, 2003 to May 2011. He is a member of a number of professional associations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. Mr. Rajkowski holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Lehigh University.
