I have worked for this company for 9 months now. I have noticed that this company management is disorganized. This company has no accountability and this company is very unprofessional and is extremely hard to get in contact with anyone in human resources in Morton Grove, Illinois.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If you file a complaint about employees disrespecting you look forward to you being the one that's going to receive a write up for disrespect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work on the third shift and we don't even get a third shift differential we get paid is the same as the second shift how about that for being under compensated and undervalued
