Monthly bonuses and health care stipend
Ample sick days, and vacation days are flexible. Also great healthcare.

In comparison to demonstrated performance, success and skills I’m underpaid by $30k vs peers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Free cold-brew and kombucha on tap. Catered weekly lunches, and a very dog-friendly workplace.
