Allow the lower cadre to be part of decision making
I find the team to be: Receptive, Open, Honest
The complete openess and freedom and access
Give open access to everything the company does
They are collaborative and help you learn
Communication & genuine kindness towards their teams.
Leadership is essential and a passion for life.
The "leadership team" needs to be unbiased with regard to politics.
Politics Politics Politics Politics, thats all they know

The benefits are really great and affordable

I feel undervalued because our input/opinions are not welcomed.
We involved the junior cadre in our decision making
The only way I could do that
The people and their willingness to help
Women who understand the importance of work-life banace
Team is long formed. Knows each other well. Genuine affection.
Workers need to be more accepting of others' opinions, even if those opinions are different from their own.
Yes they can do better job at it.

The "company culture" penalizes people who are moderate or conservative.

Salary, bonus, incentives, overtime relationship
The people and the ERGs
Knowing that my job is secure.
Positive challenge and helpful colleagues
My work ours and communication
The part I work in has no identity or strategy. It has been starved of resources and everyone is spread very thin, to the point of looming disaster. There is a lot of talk about building a healthier business, but no resourcing, strategy, or execution to accomplish it.
Yahoo is known as being a far-Left tool for the Democrat Agenda.
Fix the management chain or else they are dopomed

Too many corporate reorgs and leadership departures to make 3 company cultures (Verizon, Yahoo, AOL) mesh well. People are either looking to get out or waiting for a layoff package.
Layoffs, bad management, no care for employees, no appreciation for work
