Nothing. It is slow and difficult. Company is striving to speed the process up.

Compensation is fair for ex-Yahoos. AOL gave titles instead of raises, which is causing a major headache.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
- Focus and sustain a long term strategy. -Set SMART goals for executives to achieve for the business and align businesses to translate to the tactics. - Finish the reorgs / layoffs now, so that we have a team that isn't living in fear of being fired.
