I'm a contractor and they treat us like 2nd class citizens.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are generally nice in the US offices, except the team is snobby in the NYC office.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many corporate reorgs and leadership departures to make 3 company cultures (Verizon, Yahoo, AOL) mesh well. People are either looking to get out or waiting for a layoff package.
