What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The part I work in has no identity or strategy. It has been starved of resources and everyone is spread very thin, to the point of looming disaster. There is a lot of talk about building a healthier business, but no resourcing, strategy, or execution to accomplish it.

Yahoo is known as being a far-Left tool for the Democrat Agenda.

Fix the management chain or else they are dopomed

Review from Engineering Dept

Too many corporate reorgs and leadership departures to make 3 company cultures (Verizon, Yahoo, AOL) mesh well. People are either looking to get out or waiting for a layoff package.

Layoffs, bad management, no care for employees, no appreciation for work
