What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to get a new HR head. The one we have now is horrible and should not be in her position. She's only good at fun and games and has no sense of how to care for the employees,
Horrible management. When team succeeds, management takes credit. If the team fails, management dishes blame.

Respect others especially new hire because they see themselves on global scale.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I had to leave ultimately, those two years I had worked with Yamaha were the worst.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of currrent HR GM and get someone who is more professional and knows how to do the job. There's been a slow decline in alot of areas since she's arrived,
