Does nothing to encourage growth. Wanted us to stay stagnant in that team forever.
#1 - Better Benefits - the medical benefits or just horrible #2 - The pay for the job expectations and significantly intricate details of the software packages is clearly not a fair swap of "learned - mastered" skills with pay. If our jobs were fairly & legitimately benchmarked, it would show!
I left. Best compensation i could ever ask for. Thankful for being at a company that treated me so horribly so that now I know what it's like to be treated well.
Even with benefits, compensation is well below market. They need more transparency and adjustments across the board to retain top talent.

Management evaluation and improvement track. Bad managers are not held to a standard or provided motivation or tracks to follow for improvement.
