Everyone works incredibly hard to achieve our overall goals as a unit and to provide a valuable experience for our young people to learn and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What you put in to the program is exactly what you get out of it. I personally love this because my results are 100% in my hands.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Expectations were set very thoroughly so I understood exactly what I was participating in. All of my questions were answered with complete honestly and no sugar coating things.
What makes you most happy at work?
The growth provided to all of our employees. It is so rewarding to see the confidence that each of our students managers build through running a successful business with us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is truly a work hard and play hard environment. As mentioned before we have high expectations for everyone in our organization however there are countless ways that the organization gives back through compensation, fun events, benefits, and encouragement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available consistently to answer questions and lend a guiding hand. There is a structure however it never feels as if one person is more important that another. It takes the entire team to make this business succeed.
