Attitude and Professionalism of all
The company executives and management teams I have worked for have all been very receptive to constructive feedback and how to improve the experiences for those that work for ZelTech. At no point do they remain at rest, but always look for ways to improve the company's culture and work environment.
Employee growth through promotion from within policies, constant supervisor employee feedback and mentorship to set and achieve goals, tuition and special training reimbursement programs, and the ability to contribute to company growth opportunities as a recognized asset to the team
