The lady in the office doing payroll is the one who needs to do better
Everything. Only interested in their bonus.

Variable Compensation Plan Program Schedule
Fair and enougb for what i need. Premijms are comprtitive
base pay wiht opportunity for bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my hard work and extra responsibilities aren’t reflected in my pay or recognition. Fair compensation, clear communication, and acknowledgment of effort would make me feel more appreciated and motivated to continue performing at a high leve
If the lady in the office doing payroll was fired for pocketed 100-200$ each paycheck and stealing bonuses
Dont behave like used car salesmem.

The best thing about the Zep Inc. team is the dedication and teamwork among employees. Despite challenges, everyone comes together to get the job done, support one another, and maintain a strong sense of pride in delivering quality work and dependable service to customers.
Energetic and entrepreneurial. Get things done.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If the payroll lady in the office was better at counting and not pocketing the workers paychecks
They only think of themselves!

The people are here for you
People truly want to come uonwitb the best outcome for the customer
The culture that has been changing for several years, and the new leaders and talent joining in the past year have been positive
Our marketing leader is down to earth
Everyone is open to be who they are at all times no matter what that may mean.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Competent management. An actual hr department, actual training, realistic goals, understanding their customers. Fair and transparent pricing of products.
Fire All the HR and management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and easy but all you need to do is state your experience.

It was easy. No pressure

Get rid of HR. This hr group is prejudice. Very bad!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on lainching new products.
Flex work environment. We work remote 3 days a week
Seeing the smiles on all of their faces
Being able to know that my work is of value to others
My boss is very funny
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We had a saying within the Organization that they could " mess up a ham sandwich", to be clear that's two pieces of bread with some ham.
Can not produce products on time. Poor delivery. Poor staging!
