Zep is by far the worst organization I've ever experienced. I would rather work at Chinese sweatshop then work for this company.

Many of the people who are talented have left and the ones who havent are waiting for the right opportunity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We had a saying within the Organization that they could " mess up a ham sandwich", to be clear that's two pieces of bread with some ham.
