Competent management. An actual hr department, actual training, realistic goals, understanding their customers. Fair and transparent pricing of products.

We had a saying within the Organization that they could " mess up a ham sandwich", to be clear that's two pieces of bread with some ham.
Can not produce products on time. Poor delivery. Poor staging!
