Salary is good, but the size of the company limits the size of the benefits. Healthcare is limited to the employee, and there is no stock or equity.

Talk of bonus plan, but can't seem to execute on it.

I am good friends with everyone on the team. I enjoy spending time with them outside of work.

The interview process was straightforward, lacking non-sense tests or questionnaires. I was interviewed by highly qualified people more interested in my experience, attitude, and ability to learn.
