The team works to get people together, even though we are still in a mostly virtual environment.
We work together to solve problems. You are never on your own.
People treat each other like family.
Understanding that breaks need to be taken throughout the day to keep energy level.
I don't see politics or conflicts related to power-grab. The organization is flat by design, but we all feel empowered. The leadership is loyal and committed to the employees.

People really care about each other and want to make sure you are happy, healthy, and not overloaded. If you ever do feel that way, others are happy to take some of the burden off of you.
It's truly a family. Everyone cares deeply for their coworkers and it shows.
