I have some great coworkers, and people that really care about each other and the work they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture at Ziegler is that most people are willing to help with whatever is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the company does not provide adequate pto to those that have several years of experience outside of Ziegler. Only your years at Ziegler seem to matter.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
PTO. This is the single factor that is talked about across people who have a ton of experience at previous companies, but are given pto like a person fresh out of college.
