The company itself is great and I truly believe they desire to do right by their employees. That being said, HR and Senior Leadership refuse to do anything about toxic managers. They watch as these managers gaslight, belittle and destroy key junior staff. Putting the problem on the junior staff.

Listen to employees that continually report toxic managers. Don't tell employees they make it up in their head.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing when there is a problem with a specific manager and addressing it rather than churning through good staff. I know one manager that has had 4 new hires.lwave in under 6 months due to bullying behavior. They just continue to allow the cycle to occur.
