Realtor.com doesnt push their employees out in order to cut payroll like ZG has been doing. Realtor at least has the decency to offer a severance package
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company and culture was once a great place to be. Unfortunately, the company is more focused on keeping the kitchen areas full with snakes for the new hires to gaze over. Once the mirage is over, they will be fired too
