Listening, not positioning and posturing. Understanding the cost of poor communication and requiring high levels of control.

coming up with plans that work. right now they are only trying to impress investors. the website itself is bad

First of all, have a stable leadership. Then have a long term goal. Too much change in top level management and policies. Too much politics.

Zero emotional intelligence or people skills. Hire an HR person or figure out how to instill human skills to the culture.

benefits are not very good

Everyone was trying to outprove each other. It was less about real skills and who can appear more intelligent. Compensation was much lower than the market rate.
